JP Practice（以下简称"本应用"）尊重并保护您的隐私。本隐私政策旨在说明我们如何处理您在使用本应用时可能涉及的信息。

一、信息收集

1.1 我们不收集的信息
• 不收集个人身份信息（姓名、邮箱、电话号码等）
• 不需要注册账号或登录
• 不获取地理位置信息
• 不访问通讯录
• 不使用设备标识符进行用户追踪
• 不使用Cookie或其他追踪技术

1.2 本地存储的数据
以下数据仅存储在您的设备本地，不会上传至任何服务器：
• 学习历史：您的日语学习记录
• 收藏夹：您收藏的日语句子
• 语言偏好：您选择的界面语言（中文/英文）
• 学习设置：您的个性化学习偏好设置

1.3 临时处理的数据
• 语音录音：当您使用语音输入功能时，音频会被临时录制并发送至Mistral AI服务器进行语音转文字处理。处理完成后，录音文件会立即从您的设备中删除。我们不存储任何语音录音。
• AI对话消息：您发送给AI的文字消息由Mistral AI处理以生成回复。我们不在任何服务器上存储对话历史记录。

三、应用权限

四、数据安全

• 所有网络通信均使用HTTPS加密传输
• 不在任何服务器上存储用户个人数据
• 语音录音在转写完成后立即删除
• 卸载应用即可清除所有本地存储的数据

五、儿童隐私

本应用不会有意收集13岁以下儿童的任何个人信息。本应用作为教育工具，适合所有年龄段用户使用。如果我们发现无意中收集了儿童的个人信息，将会立即删除。

六、数据保留

由于我们不收集个人数据，因此不存在数据保留问题。所有应用数据均存储在您的设备本地，卸载应用时将被自动删除。

七、您的权利

作为用户，您有权：
• 无需提供任何个人信息即可使用本应用
• 通过卸载应用删除所有本地数据
• 拒绝授予麦克风权限，仍可正常使用文字输入功能

JP Practice ("the App") respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information that may be involved when you use the App.

1. Information Collection

1.1 Information We Do NOT Collect
• No personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• No account registration or login required
• No geographic location data
• No access to contacts
• No device identifiers used for user tracking
• No cookies or other tracking technologies

1.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server:
• Learning History: Your Japanese study records
• Favorites: Japanese sentences you have saved
• Language Preference: Your chosen interface language (Chinese/English)
• Learning Settings: Your personalized learning preferences

1.3 Data Processed Temporarily
• Voice Recordings: When you use the voice input feature, audio is temporarily recorded and sent to Mistral AI servers for speech-to-text processing. The audio file is immediately deleted from your device after processing. We do not store any voice recordings.
• AI Chat Messages: Text messages sent to the AI are processed by Mistral AI to generate responses. We do not store conversation history on any server.

3. App Permissions

4. Data Security

• All network communications use HTTPS encryption
• No personal user data is stored on any server
• Voice recordings are deleted immediately after transcription
• Uninstalling the app clears all locally stored data

5. Children's Privacy

This App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App is designed as an educational tool suitable for users of all ages. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete it immediately.

6. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data retention issue. All app data is stored locally on your device and is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled.

7. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:
• Use the App without providing any personal information
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the App
• Deny microphone permission and still use text input features normally
• Stop using the App at any time
