AnonySend ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AnonySend mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and encrypted password.
- Usage Data: We may collect information on how you access and use the Service, including device type, operating system version, app version, and app interaction data.
- Email Content: The content of emails you compose (recipients, subject, body) is transmitted to our servers for delivery only and is not stored permanently.
- Attachments: Files you upload are temporarily stored on our servers solely for email delivery purposes. If the recipient does not download the attachment within 7 days, it will be automatically deleted from our servers.
- Payment Information: When you purchase email credits, transaction data is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment account information.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service.
- To process and deliver your anonymous emails.
- To manage your account and provide customer support.
- To process in-app purchases and manage email credit balances.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse.

3. Device Permissions
Our app requests the following device permissions:
- Internet Access: Required for sending emails, uploading attachments, account authentication, and processing payments.
- File Storage Access: Required to select and upload email attachments from your device. We only access files you explicitly select; we do not scan or access other files on your device.
- Biometric Authentication (optional): Used for the app lock feature to protect your account with fingerprint or face recognition. Biometric data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Camera Access (optional): May be requested if you choose to take a photo for attachment. We do not access your camera without your explicit action.

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs
We integrate the following third-party services:
- Google Play Billing (Android): For processing in-app purchases. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase (iOS): For processing in-app purchases. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/privacy/).
- Alibaba Cloud OSS: For temporary storage of email attachments. Files are stored on servers located in China and are automatically deleted after 7 days if not downloaded by the recipient.
- We do NOT integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track your behavior or display targeted advertisements.

5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Email content is not permanently stored and is purged after delivery.
- Attachments are automatically deleted 7 days after upload if not downloaded by the recipient.
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) for all network communications.
- Encrypted password storage (passwords are never stored in plain text).
- Secure token-based authentication.
- Local biometric authentication processed entirely on your device.

7. International Data Transfer
Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for use by children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
