Introduction
Tactical Vault ("the App") is a security utility application. We deeply respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection: specifically, that we do not collect, store, or share any of your data.

1. Information We Collect
The App adheres to a strict "Zero Data Collection" principle:

Personal Data: We do not require account registration. We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, social media accounts, or any unique identifiers.

Content Data: Any plaintext, ciphertext, encryption keys, or Initialization Vectors (IV) you enter are processed solely within your device's volatile memory (RAM). We do not upload this information to any server.

Device Data: We do not collect device identifiers (IMEI/Android ID), IP addresses, or location data.

2. Use of Permissions
The App requests permissions only when necessary to fulfill the following functions:

Clipboard Access: To allow you to paste text for processing and copy results. This process is triggered locally and data is never uploaded.

Camera Access (Optional): Requested only if you use the "Scan QR Code" feature. Image processing is performed locally; no photos or videos are stored.

Notification Access (Optional): Used to provide system alerts regarding operation status.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Processing: All core encryption and decryption logic is performed locally on your device.

Persistence: The App does not save data to your phone's storage unless you explicitly use a "Save Alias" feature. Any saved data is stored within the system-protected private directory of the App.

User Responsibility: Because we do not back up your data, you are solely responsible for the safety of your encryption keys. If a key is lost, we cannot recover the encrypted content.

4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs that have tracking or analysis functions (e.g., Ad SDKs, Analytics SDKs). No data is shared with third parties.

5. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect any personal data and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be posted within the App with an updated "Last Updated" date.

战术机密库（下称“本应用”）是一款由个人开发者提供的安全工具类应用。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并承诺严格保护您的隐私。本隐私政策旨在向您说明：在您使用本应用时，我们不收集、不存储、也不分享您的任何数据。

1. 我们收集的信息
本应用坚持“零数据收集”原则：

个人信息：我们不要求您注册账号，因此不收集您的姓名、电话、电子邮件、社交账号或任何身份标识符。

内容数据：您在应用中输入的待加密明文、加密后的密文、密钥 (Key) 以及偏移量 (IV) 均仅在您设备的内存中处理。我们不会将这些信息上传到任何服务器。

2. 权限的使用说明
本应用仅在必要时申请以下权限，且仅用于实现相应功能：

剪贴板权限：用于您快捷地从其他应用粘贴待处理文本，或将处理结果复制到剪贴板。该过程完全在本地触发，数据不被上传。

摄像头权限（可选）：仅当您使用“扫码识别密文”功能时申请。图像处理在本地完成，不会保存照片或录像。

通知权限（可选）：用于向您发送操作成功的系统提醒。

3. 数据的存储与安全

本地处理：本应用的所有核心加解密逻辑均在您的设备本地完成。

持久化存储：除非您主动点击“保存别名”或“保存配置”，否则应用不会在手机存储空间保存任何数据。即便保存，也仅存储在受系统保护的应用私有目录中。

用户责任：由于我们不备份您的数据，请务必妥善保存您的加密密钥。一旦密钥丢失，我们无法帮助您找回加密的内容。

4. 第三方服务
本应用不集成任何具有追踪或分析功能的第三方 SDK（如广告 SDK、友盟分析等）。本应用不与任何第三方分享数据。

5. 未成年人保护
本应用不收集任何个人信息，因此不针对也不明知地收集未成年人的任何数据。如果您是未成年人，请在监护人的指导下使用本应用。

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。任何修订都会在应用内发布并更新页面顶部的“最近更新日期”。
